Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery: NPR 100 for orders within Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur) and NPR 200 for orders outside the Valley.

Elite & Gold Members: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders, regardless of destination.

Returns: We do not accept returns, except in cases where the item arrives damaged.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.
