Complimentary & Expedited Shipping
Domestic Delivery: We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all standard orders within our primary service regions. Deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Premium and VIP members enjoy complimentary express shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: We cater to an international clientele. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel dimensions.
Bespoke & Special Orders: Please note that made-to-order and special items require 2-3 weeks for artisanal crafting before dispatch. You will receive a notification the moment your bespoke garment is en route.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Deana Harlande purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we accept returns under the following refined conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original pristine condition with all tags and luxury packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Bespoke, made-to-measure, and altered garments.
- Undergarments and swimwear.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during exclusive archive sales.
Refunds & Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our concierge. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
